Years ago the sewing group was asked if something small could be made for ER staff at Montevideo Hospital to comfort frightened children.  We have also made them for local Doctors and Nurse Practitioners.  There are requests for more to give to Law Enforcement, so if you are interested in making puppets or have ideas for other small items to make please contact our sewing group!

Orphan Grain Train is a Christian volunteer network that ships donated food, clothing, medical and other items to those in need.
